While I have spent the past decade in the Learning & Development space, I recently earned a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California.

What does this mean for your project or organization?

I have the hands-on experience to produce scalable and measurable learning solutions. In my graduate studies, I learned the science behind learning and motivation and further improved my instructional design craft.

I currently lead the Learning and Development program at a California Community College. I am responsible for professional development strategy, employee rewards, and talent development.

I enjoy being a part of the employee experience and creating conditions for employees to be their best. This is important because research demonstrates that we all benefit from working with people who are thriving and successful at work.  

My current projects include designing instruction for USC Gould School of Law, administering learning technologies, and authoring a Professional Development Plan for Orange Coast College employees.
